After Installation, go to MENU / SETTINGS - create a new profile with profile name = bsnl ,dial number = *99#, apn = bsnlnet.Leave the Username and Password fields blank.Do remember to mark this as the default connection.You need not to search for the connection automatically and suffer. Usually this manual setting is the most ideal and you can start browsing in minutes.If your usage is very limited and NOT very particular about VERY HIGH SPEED, you can even use 2G SIM cards for basic browsing.
